When:  July 7-12, 2025

            You are welcome to arrive at the Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport by Sunday night, July 6, 2025.  Avoid arriving/departing on Saturday or Sabbath. And depart for your home Sunday, July 13, 2025.​

Expense: your air-flight ($2,000 around for round trip from USA), residence if staying in a hotel ($25/day for 7 days), visa application fee ($30) and your pocket money.

               Food and local transportation are paid by the fund raised by the mission trip team.

Recruiting: physicians and surgeons with all kinds of specialties, dentists, physical therapists, pharmacists, nurses, health-allied professionals (clinical pathology, radiation technicians), gospel workers, English teacher, cook, and observers of students and volunteers

Volunteer's and Student's works to do: 

            Clinical works: patient registration, measuring blood pressure, blood sugar, height, and body weight       

                                    guide patients to each booths of clinicians               

            Community/Evangelical works: Vacation Bible School, ESL, and any other creative projects

Schedule: 

         Sunday: Arrive to the site by late Sunday afternoon. Organize your room with your belongings.

                       Supper: 6-7 PM

                       Welcome meeting: 7-8 PM, Greet each other, announcements, discussion of service people

         Monday to Thursday:

                      Devotion and Announcement: 7:00-7:30 AM, 

                      Breakfast: 7:30-8:30 AM

                      All Services: 9:00-noon

                      Lunch: noon-1:00 PM

                      All Services: 1:00-5:00 PM
                      Supper: 6:00-7:00 PM

                      Discussion: 7:30-8:00 PM

                      Special meeting for students: 8:00- 9:00 PM, special guest speech

       Friday: 

                      Devotion and Announcement: 7:00-7:30 AM, 

                      Breakfast: 7:30-8:30 AM

                      All Services: 9:00-noon

                      Lunch: noon-1:00 PM

                      All Services: 1:00-3:00 PM
                      Supper: 6:00-7:00 PM

                      Discussion: 7:30-8:00 PM

                      Vesper: 8:00- 9:00 PM,
